How Does the NTFS File System Work? (21 อ่าน)
27 ต.ค. 2569 14:03
The NTFS system works by arranging information into files and directories with file system records used to keep track of the information in order to allow the operating system, in this case Windows, to identify and manipulate the stored information. NTFS uses the Master File Table (MFT) for recording the names of files, their sizes, timestamps, permissions, and other file system information like the locations of files. When a file is added, altered, or deleted from the NTFS, its file system records are updated. Other aspects of the NTFS include journaling, which aids in restoring file system integrity, access control, and compression. NTFS may not be able to protect file system integrity against all types of data loss.
