<p class="isSelectedEnd">I'm planning to buy a luxury apartment in New Chandigarh and recently came across GB Realty Opus One in Eco City 2. From what I've seen, the project offers spacious 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1 BHK residences along with premium amenities like a clubhouse, landscaped green spaces, a swimming pool, fitness center, and modern security features.

<p class="isSelectedEnd">New Chandigarh also seems to be developing rapidly with improved infrastructure and good connectivity to Chandigarh and Mohali, which makes it an attractive location for both living and long-term investment.

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Has anyone visited the project or booked an apartment there? I'd love to know:
