How do I resolve HP printer not printing color (3 อ่าน)

We have checked the printer settings and confirmed that color printing is enabled. We also verified that the color ink cartridges are not empty and tried printing from different applications, but the issue remains the same. The printer successfully prints documents, but all color content is missing.
