Even as early as Woodcutting level 15–20, you'll notice a decent pace:

Regular logs sell for around 100–120 OSRS gold each (price may vary).
Each inventory holds 28 logs.
That's around 3,000–3,500 GP per load.
With banking and walking nearby, you can do 3–5 trips per 15 minutes, or 10–12K GP in 20 minutes, depending on how fast your axe is.

Pro tip: Prices fluctuate. Check the Grand Exchange prices using the OSRS wiki or on GE trackers to time your sales better.

And here's the kicker: regular logs are NOT affected by trade restrictions. You can sell them even if your account hasn't hit the 10 QP, 100 total level, or 20 hours yet.

What to Do While You Wait Out Trade Restrictions

If your account & OSRS items is still under trade lock, use that time wisely:

Train in Woodcutting while collecting logs for later sale.
Complete more quests for QP.
Train combat skills to reach 100 skill total.
Fish and cook at Lumbridge or Draynor to raise skills and stock food.
Collect bones from cows/chickens and bury for Prayer XP.

This ensures that once your restrictions are lifted, you'll already have several inventories of logs ready to sell, combat-ready stats, and maybe even the gold to buy RuneScape gold armor and upgrade gear, just like in the example from the original video, where black armor was bought using profit from logs.
