Movement skills matter a ton here, so lean into dashes, teleports, charges, whatever your build has. Most players lose time because they play too carefully. Once you're inside the Strong Room, don't slow down just because loot starts dropping. That's the trap. The real goal is keeping the pace high enough to build Horadric Attunement quickly and force the boss spawn. The cleaner your rotation, the faster the Attunement bar fills, and the sooner the boss shows up.
