My Jeep Wrangler has started making this clunking sound whenever I go over speed bumps or rough patches. It is coming from the front area, I think, and it is getting louder over the past few weeks. At first I thought it was stuff rolling in the back, but I cleared everything out and the noise is still there. The steering feels a little loose too, though maybe I am imagining that part. I asked a friend who drives an older Wrangler and he said it could be the suspension links or the sway bar. Another person said it might be the shocks going bad.
