I was thinking about how important feedback is in any service industry — whether it's a clinic or a restaurant. If customers don't tell you what's wrong (or what's right), it's impossible to improve.



I've seen some places do this really well. They keep the feedback form short, clear, and easy to fill out. For example, McDonald's in Germany has a feedback platform that is very straightforward:https://mcdsfeedback.de:



It's a small thing, but it shows that they actually want to hear from their customers. If a form is too long or confusing, people just give up.
